Dental pain rarely waits for business hours, and by the time it's bad enough to call about, the situation is usually already urgent. Facial swelling, throbbing pain that keeps you up, or a tooth knocked completely out of the socket all count as true emergencies that need same-day attention.
Our emergency line routes you to whichever partner office has same-day or after-hours capacity, not a fixed appointment book. Evening and weekend calls route to on-call coverage rather than routing you into a queue for the next business day.
Waiting out an infection almost never resolves it on its own, and delay tends to turn a simple fix into a more involved, more expensive one. Catching it early, even at an odd hour, is usually what keeps a bad night from turning into a bad week.
Emergency cases are pulled from a separate part of the schedule so they don't wait behind routine cleanings.
Coordinators ask targeted questions — swelling, fever, bleeding — to gauge severity before you even arrive.
Imaging happens during the emergency visit itself, so treatment decisions aren't delayed waiting on a referral.
Getting you out of acute pain is the first priority of the visit, with a longer-term plan discussed after.
Our network specialists cover the full range of this procedure, from the routine case to the complicated one.
Identifies whether the pain is decay, an abscess, or a cracked tooth, and treats accordingly on the spot.
Time-sensitive re-implantation is attempted when the tooth and socket are in good enough condition.
Addresses the acute infection first, then plans definitive treatment once the swelling is under control.
Temporary or permanent repair is chosen based on how much of the tooth structure remains.
Reseats or replaces a dislodged crown or filling before the exposed tooth develops new decay.
Non-restorable teeth are removed promptly rather than left to worsen while other options are debated.
You describe what's going on; no automated menu, no long hold.
We match you with a nearby specialist experienced in this exact procedure and check real-time openings.
You get a clear explanation of the treatment plan and its cost before any work begins.
You leave with the issue addressed and a plan for any next steps already scheduled.

If you're in significant pain or see swelling, fever, or a tooth that's been knocked loose, call immediately.

Handle it by the crown, not the root, and keep it moist in milk or saline until you're seen — time matters.
Yes — new patients are accepted for emergency visits without needing prior history at that office.
